Match Report | Game two saw the boys take on local rivals Ashmoor in what was set to be a much tougher test than against Isca. The game started at a real pace with both sides looking to take command. Ashmoor looked to chuck aerials only for Plymouth to deal with the bombardment from the skies. As the half progressed Plymouth really started to find their passing and moved the ball with real pace using the whole pitch. Tyler with nis new weapon opened the scoring from close range after 24 minutes before a worldy from James whole fired a ball into the bottom right corner from a reverse half volley!! Leading 2-0 at the break Plymouth knew they were on top but had to maintain control through their passing. Two quick fire strikes from Ben put the game to bed as Ashmoor were left with a mountainto climb after 47 minutes. A brief rally from Ashmoor saw them score after 55 minutes only for Seamus to volley home after 63 minutes. This was by far the sides best performance to date which now sees the side quality for the regional finals in February with a game to spare.
